Lakefront Building

NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2023-2025!

Located on the lake side of the property directly in front of our 400′ sandy beach and Gazebo Beach Bar, The Lakefront Building offers several different room types.  Our newest Beach Front rooms feature walk-out patio access to the beach area.   The Lake View rooms and Courtyard (inland view) rooms are available with either two double beds or one king bed, each with a full bathroom.  Over-sized King Deluxe rooms with lake views are also available. This building is connected to the main amenities building by an underground walkway leading to our front desk, indoor pool, health club, and Blackstone’s Restaurant where breakfast is offered during our summer season. We have two handicap accessible rooms in this building. All rooms are non-smoking. For the comfort of all Margate guests, smoking is not permitted outside of the Beach Front rooms.  All guests in the Lake Building have access to our free wireless Internet service.
